WHEN YOUR INCLUDED CALLS ARE USED
You remain an active Drain Plus member. For eligible minor repairs, the member-only service fee is $150 for one qualifying repair during one service visit, including up to 60 minutes of standard on-site labour. Materials, parts and applicable HST are additional. Work outside the minor-repair scope is quoted separately.
*Preventive benefits and minor-repair eligibility are subject to plan terms, access, system condition and service limitations.
WHAT QUALIFIES AS A MINOR REPAIR?
A defined scope keeps the member benefit simple, fair and predictable.
ELIGIBLE MINOR REPAIRS MAY INCLUDE
- Toilet flapper or fill-valve replacement
- Minor running-toilet adjustment or repair
- Minor faucet leak or accessible cartridge replacement
- Faucet aerator cleaning or replacement
- Accessible shut-off valve replacement
- Minor exposed pipe leak repair
- Minor P-trap repair or replacement
- Minor sink/drain connection repair
- Accessible shower cartridge replacement
- Hose bib repair or replacement
- Minor drain blockage using standard equipment
- Minor plumbing adjustments and
troubleshooting
NOT INCLUDED BUT SUBJECT TO INVOICE AND DISCOUNT PRICING
- Main sewer or building drain repair/replacement
- Extensive drain cleaning, hydro/power flushing or specialty drain equipment
- Camera inspection unless included in the member’s plan
- Excavation, concrete cutting or concrete repair
- Concealed leaks or opening/repairing walls, ceilings or floors
- Repiping, water-service work or extensive piping replacement
- Fixture installations or replacements
- Sump pumps, sewage pumps or hot-water tanks
- Major valve assemblies or major shower-system work
- Frozen pipes or specialty thawing equipment
- Permit-required work, restoration or construction work
- Commercial/industrial work unless covered by an applicable commercial plan
MINOR REPAIR SERVICE LIMIT
A $150 member service fee applies to each eligible minor plumbing repair after all the included service calls have been used. This member rate can be used as many times as needed until your membership renews. Each visit includes up to 60 minutes of standard on-site labour. Materials, part and HST are additional. Additional repairs identified during visit are not automatically included and will be quoted before proceeding.
USE IT AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED : Once your included service call are finished, you can continue to use the $150 member service fee for eligible minor repairs as many times as needed until your membership renews.
How The Membership Works
From sign-up to renewal.
1. JOIN
Choose Basic, Standard or Premium. Your membership runs for 12 months.
2. USE INCLUDED CALLS
Each eligible service visit is deducted from your plan’s annual call allowance.
3. USE ALL YOUR CALLS
Your membership remains active; only your included annual call allowance has been exhausted.
4. ACCESS MEMBER-ONLY MINOR REPAIRS
Eligible minor repairs are available at a $150 service fee + materials and HST, subject to the defined scope
and 60-minute labour limit.
5. RENEW
At renewal, your renewed plan begins with a new annual included-call allowance. Unused calls do not roll
over.
