DRAINS
Visual/function review of accessible sinks, tubs, showers
and other accessible drains for drainage concerns.
WATER LINES
Visual review of accessible exposed hot and cold water
piping and connections for visible concerns or leakage.
TOILETS
Check accessible toilets for flushing performance, running
water, visible leaks and common operating concerns.
FAUCETS & FIXTURES
Check accessible faucets, sinks, tubs and shower fixtures
for visible leaks and basic operation.
SHUT-OFF VALVES
Visual review of accessible fixture shut-offs and readily
accessible main shut-off where available.
VISIBLE LEAKS
Review accessible plumbing areas for visible signs of
leakage, moisture or plumbing concerns.
DRAINAGE PERFORMANCE
Basic functional review of accessible drainage
performance. Specialty equipment is not automatically
PLUMBING RECOMMENDATIONS
Identify observed concerns and recommend maintenance,
monitoring or separately quoted repairs when appropriate.
HOW IT COUNTS
1 Plumbing & Drain Inspection = 1 Included Service Call
For example, a Standard member with 3 available calls may choose to use Call #1 for an inspection and still have 2 included calls remaining for
eligible services during the rest of the membership term. your home’s plumbing and drainage system, you can request an inspection.
This benefit is a visual and basic functional plumbing and drainage inspection of accessible components within the agreed scope. It is not a certified real-estate home inspection, building inspection, engineering inspection, code-compliance certification, warranty or guarantee. Walls, ceilings and floors are not opened. Repairs, parts, materials, destructive investigation, specialty testing and specialty equipment are not automatically included. Camera inspections or other plan-specific preventive services remain subject to the member’s plan benefits and applicable terms.
